Pastificio was born in 2024 to offer freshly handmade, high quality pasta. Produced in London, but true to its Italian origins. The most traditional Italian recipes are brought here to re-create a piece of Italy in the heart of London. Pastificio is committed to offer made-to-order dishes, delivered daily to customers’ door steps.

We strive to find the best quality ingredients to make our pasta. We use the freshest eggs from Gloucestershire and the finest English flour from the Cotswolds. Whenever possible we prefer to use excellent English produce, exceptions made for the Italian specialties.
-
We pride ourselves on never using any type of additives, therefore, the shelf-life of our products is relatively short. Stuffed pasta tends to absorb the moisture of the filling, especially in vegetarian fillings, which is why we suggest cooking the pasta on the day it is delivered or freezing it immediately (for best results consume fresh).
-
All our pasta should be refrigerated as soon as possible, please do not place any weight on top of the packaging to avoid crushing the pasta. If freezing, make sure to arrange the pasta loosely on a tray and, once completely frozen, place it in a sealed freezer bag.
-
You will always find vegetarian pasta in our range, take a look in the pasta description.

It is easy and quick to cook pasta fresca at home, it normally takes just 2 to 4 minutes. Bring water to the boil, add your pasta and taste before draining to make sure it’s perfectly cooked. Dress your pasta with our additional ingredients and serve immediately. Sit back, relax and tuck in!
