  • 2nd

The fresher the better, hence we prepare your order on your selected delivery date.

  • 3rd

We deliver your pasta kit straight to your door with a net-zero bike delivery.

How it works.

  • Indulge in a gastronomic cuddle: a dish of tailor-made pasta fresca, easily cooked at home, along with the best ingredients to dress your pasta, locally sourced in England, or Italian delicacies.

  • Choose from our featured pasta fresca of the week, select the quantity and pick your delivery date. We take orders from Monday to Thursday and deliver on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

  • Your pasta order is hand made on your selected delivery date for maximum freshness, then packed in a compostable food box with additional ingredients to finish your dish. These vary depending on the type of pasta and include freshly grated cheese, extra virgin olive oil, butter or sauce.

  • We deliver on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4 pm, exclusively through our rider. If you are not at home let us know where to leave your pasta kit, but be aware that squirrels and foxes are real foodies!

  • We are not able to offer a specific delivery time, but a 4-hour window on the aforementioned days.

  • It is easy and quick to cook pasta fresca at home, it normally takes just 2 to 4 minutes. Bring water to the boil, add your pasta and taste before draining to make sure it’s perfectly cooked. Dress your pasta with our additional ingredients and serve immediately. Sit back, relax and tuck in!

What you will receive at home.

agnolotti handmade
  • Our pasta is made from the freshest eggs from Gloucestershire and the finest English flour from the Cotswolds. Whenever possible we prefer to use excellent English products, exception made for Italian specialties.

  • Freshly grated cheese is required to finish your pasta. Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Pecorino Romano DOP or whichever cheese - but not all types of pasta, such as those containing fish or seafood, require cheese.

  • Stuffed pasta fresca does not need complex sauces as the flavours are already in the filling. We mostly provide outstanding olive oil from the Belpaese or a perfumed butter from England. Any additional ingredient will be listed in the pasta description.

Pasta of the week.

“Few but good”

Our motto (translated from the Italian “pochi ma buoni”) sums up our philosophy to produce a limited amount of different pasta types at any given time, enabling us to maintain the highest level of quality and freshness. With a fast pasta turnover, our range reflects the seasons and their produce. Our ethos in sustainability drives the use of only seasonal and local food which results in fewer imported products and a lower environmental impact. Additionally, we are committed to achieving zero food waste in our production.
